the problem is that i tried with 2.70, 3.40 and 4.35 but i can not find 3.65 where can i get this flash file?

Hello. 4.35 not from this device at all.
That flash id has been not included in loaders packages, which we got and added inside sw. Since loaders signed - there is no way to edit it for this IC. Will try ask some old sources, if there is a way nowdays to get something and will check if possible some alternative epp config. ETA - this weekend.
Otherwise - SPI.

by the way is there a workaround to fix the phone because when you open sound settings the phone power off and it is in silent mode i already tried factory reset but the same problem i mean other ways than flash
