Flash with different version not only different flash files no matter whats product code...

currently you are trying 2.70 try to flash with 3.40 and post result...

BTW your phone @ local mode due to wrong file version.

its security lock , i tried to factory setting but i cant,
so i flashed the phone

Its a bsi line problem 100% many time this type problem come in 6300 and 3110
