have device in hand

best 2 or 1 not see phone
tried cm2 also same issue

selected sp6531 same issue

but when i use UFST box

it see and read info

in same time when make read info by cm2 in service mode get this log

for your ref: BEST has special algorithms especially for nk models. People should understand that in most cases each brand has it's own tricks. Do you know that ?

In post #1 you say you can use other software for this unit.
If you really can - just use tool that do the job. What is the result with other tool ?
