Nokia 106 RM-962 need firmeware V3.10 Arabic - GSM-Forum

Hi,
Can someone share Nokia 106 RM-962 firmeware ,
Pls if possible need this firmeware version :
rm962_03.10
rm962_03.10ic
rm962_nai03.10ic

I readed a firmeware from an other phone ,but can't make it with best sofware !!!!! and appears errors :
- Validation FAILED, area NOT fit to region
- area is out of region, create skipped
