Nokia 1520 dead (RED LCD)

I flash workin phone. (need HK firmware) . Stock is EURO.
Download it from support. After start flash give error.
I try with recovery flashing but not result. And all variant firmware package.
How alive phone?
Now reboot on RED LCD
