-> Old : Power Off Phone, wait 5-10 seconds, Insert USB cable
-> New : Power Off Phone, press and hold VOL_DOWN and POWER keys, until FASTBOOT screen appear

As you know this kind of devices require some kins of server operation.
As a first step - you should enter your IOS username and password, for some devices this helps.

I did, I got the logins from dongle manage but same issue?

DongleManager has default factory password
You should use password that you are using to login to IOS web account

pls do not use pm for support questions.
the only way to check your user/pass - try to login to ios web account
do not use e-mail as username, use username given by DongleManage and use your password

I have did just that, I logged in using ios web account and used same login on best2 but still says my logins are incorrect.

What Username do you use ?

username - get it via DongleManager
password - your password

try to login here https://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=16
if you can login you can use username and password for BEST as well
