Hello.
Re-install USB drivers and try other USB port. No HUB/Front and e.t.c. - to motherboard directly. Off all SW, which can use port - poxes, PCSuites for phones. Flash after.

Don't need make 2-5-10 threads.

By log looks like HW problem. Check battery , BSI , maybe something deep in HW.
