Hello

I recieve this phone for unlocking it and get provider code try few time with Codes and get wrong now i wanna to know is there any way to Reset all counters because i mean that counter are blocked .... Phone are detected OK Info readed and i find option In Repair Tab Named RESTORE RPL "Reset Counter " but when i start process i ask me for some .mtsec files wich i cant see inside BEST Folder also if is Possible to make Option to send unlock code by USB will be nice .....

Hello.
Select file from "BEST/Backup/" folder.
Select accord your imei.
If you select wrong - BEST will not allow you write it.

About code - not yet , but can try do that.

Just check I dont have Any file in folder what you say

Why you not check one folder deep?
\Backup\Cert\
I just give start point where backups saved.

About code - it take some time and will be , but later.

hi, i receive one nokia 225 rm-1012 for unlock , i made unlock by best and get the code but code are wrong i insert +7 and +1 . already flash new firmware and try to reset count with rpl but code always say "wrong code" ??? any help infinity best team please

Then you should ask for refund calculation, seems as there was some fault during it.

Hello. I have the same problem as described by user neliocoelho in post #5 in this thread only that the phone is a Nokia 108 (RM-945) locked to Orange Romania. I received the code from BEST BF server, typed the code by hand twice (+1 & +7), sent the code by cable (+1 & +7), flashed the phone with product code of a simlock free version reset the counters and tried again but nothing always "code error". I am the very first person to have a Nokia 108 unlocked by BEST team ( note username in the first post here http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f641...108-a-1785632/ ) so I know for a fact that the solution is real so it's really weird that I can't unlock this unit.
