Which tool can we use for software repairing of nokia ta-1006

You can use Infinity Best v2.29 for Identify, Read Flash, Format, Reset code...

Work regarding flashing such devices is under process and will be released soon when finished...

If this is original Nokia and you have necessary drivers installed from the support, It should work well...

I have got two 3310 handsets in service center, But both of them put to Not OK box

They not pass customs. So, look for other way.

Without signed FDL - no luck, try all what diag/at can without any result for now.

Sure it is.

And any SPD tool can boot/service this device with that selected PAC.
There is only one thing interest at all : is simlock signed or not.

Plain nand dump is piece of crap.
