I uploaded the file of the above phone on my Infinity Dongle account and it showed completed and there has been no unlock codes given as usual. What is the problem infinity team?

I am costantly remiding Infinity Team of my Nokia 3760d unlock problem but no reply for several days, what is holding you back from replying me. Forum members please join me in asking team for help.

From all indication, infinity team is having problem with their services, hence there is much complaint about server errors on so many tries by users. So can a product manager give hope to all users.
