can i read this fone full flash to take phonebook and gallery coz the

phone is white lcd and restarted

Can't.
For this case Exist RAP3 Low Format (in UserData tab). It will kill gallery , but save MMC Password and phonebook. You can use USB or FBUS as well.

i do it but i cant take phonebook the fone is auto shut down

Need make it, after phone will enter in local.
If still not - Flash latest vailable MCU++PM - it must go in local. If still not - it is HW problem.
