Is it possible, mates,if I have full backup and etc., to downgrade (full erase and so on) this SL3 phone,ver.57.20, to SL2 ver.7.21,so I can change the language?Do somebody know what will be the consequences and all...

No.
I hear about some combination (mcu(57)+ppm(latest 7.xx)+cnt(57)) work well. Try it.
Or find edited ppm with need langs inside.

I did it,mate.I flashed the set with mcu 57.20 ppm 7.21 and cnt 7.21.The set now have bulgarian language, themes, tones and everything, but when I try to bring the SL backu up,the set (the program) tells me that it's closed ! The phone was unlocked (open)...Why?...Is it something with the ****ty crossing or I have to unlock it again...

if you made pm backup before - write PM back. If not - need unlock.
BEST always make backups, so, no problem with it can be.
