nokia 701 mass memory in use solution needed


i have a 701.it hangs some time due to virus from internet.i tried it to formate with best bb5 dongle by mistaknly i formated its mass memory too now it shows mass memory in use.os there any way to recover it.i searched on forum but no solution found.i found the link of emmc file and downloaded but not able to flash it to fone.how to flash this file any guide line plz

i have also the same prob after flash i have org mmc file but dont know how to flash mass memory plz help me phone shows mass memory in use some time says unavailable

Same here..it not even detecting mass memory.flashing complete with phoenix,but not mass...yes emmc file is selected.any help please

If you call yourself tech - you should learn how use search. You will find about 100 topics about that. Where is 2 main reasons. HW is most possible.
