nokia 701 ui settings failed and not power on

it was suddenly dead by customer

i receive with only viberation feel condotion

then flash it with best

at the last of the flashing ui settings failed

so hope someone guide me if i do any wrong

1 error i get

Nokia 701 is clear Belle.
Try for start Restore SL from phone.
After - erase it and repair from scratch. Eno on support.

Flash firmware.
Flash eno. Write RPL.
Write this SimLock.
Repair SDD, Local SX4 , Factory Set. Viola.
