And? I see you flash it not first time, so, how it dead after flash if it was flashed from DEAD state?

And? So, what thread title is " DEAD AFTER FLASH" ?
Explain.
Also - BEST will not flash wrong files. I not sure even about you flash them via BEST.
So , anyway , Restore SL + Erase flash can help you well.
