My another infinity tools dongle is not found ! connect dongle and restart software?????????????????????

install smart card driver or e token driver

Change the card reader and check again.
Or simply try to remove the card and insert it back and check.

- Run DongleManager
- Read Box/Dongle serial number (S/N)

Send us text.
DO NOT send screenshot/video but copy/paste text from software window !
