best team why sl3 fons lock after flash or upgrade.......? i have sl3 fons which already unlock but lock again after flash why?

SL not locked after flash.
It just can't relock.
If it will be erased - yes, but BEST always store all backups.

i have 2 fons in hand which lock after flash with best..... the fon was already unlock n the owner was using it ,, he just download file from some site n the fon got blank nothing else then i flash it n it lock..

I not understand anything, from your post.
Ask from owner what he done with phone, not me.
BB5 not lock after flash. And can't.
Only Lumia 710 and Lumia 800 can be locked after flashing.
