Nokia lumia 520 unlocking error

when i enter unlock code i get error sim error

and counter still 9 remaining

Code should be 20 digits.
When you restart phone - will be again 10 attempts.
Check code, enter it carefully, try enter without mistakes.

in first entry says incorrect code and reamin 9 attempts

and tahn i enter unlock code says sim error and atteempts still 9

Seems as you can be wrong with code, try again few times. Check correct or not all digits and then press Ok.

Try again after.

That mean 2 things :
If phone accept code, but not accept sim and then it again going to lockdown - it will help only direct unlock.
If phone not accept code - bad code.
