Nokia lumia 720 flash by best

Hi friend,
please can you or someone else help me, i allready did lots of wp7 flashing with best, but just now for the first time, i got wp8 phones to service,
and i am really frustated because i just cant detect wp8 phone with best, in device manager, i allways see RM-914|Nokia Lumia 520 drivers not successfully instaled, and when i try to boot in recovery mode, computer detects NOKIA BOOTMGR device, but again drivers dont install in the end, when i plug the phone in normal mode, the computer detects the phone and allready installed the wp8 app so i can browse files to or from the phone and see it as a disk on my computer portable devices... i allready installed nokia software recovery tool, witch came packed with all latest drivers, i allready tryed to find drivers manually on device manager to install the phones but i am just stuck here...
By the way, i am using Win7 pc, and i am not very excited about formating my computer about this issue...
Can someone point me out the drivers solution? Thanks.

Hello.
Install drivers from support area : WinUSB+NCCD.
