i try to flash AMSS and ADSP , after this flash modem part with checked secure erase and reset efs ,after this flash only UDA , and only OS... trying with battery without battery flash... also try FW with same product code....maybe hardware problem ?

Very old , from first one...
In some cases mobile start work after, in other - modem part is dying or something other on HW level.
