| Zune NOT ask such things. Zune work only when phone is can power on. Zune NOT can format phone. Only clear user data. It NOT kill phone. |

| Just checked - no any request/format/dead. It can ask format when we connect phone in flash mode (Vol Down + Power on) If was formatted in it - we have brick. |
