nokia MTK are not detected by Infinity BEST/2

Recently bought new Best Dongle and installed latest BEST NK1 and NK2 software latest USB nokia drivers from support site but strangely i am not able to connect any phone with software, it was waiting for connect, to check my drivers and other errors i did following things to make sure there is no problem from my side

Used windows 7 32bit and windows 10 64bit same problem
changed USB ports (tested on all 3 ports of PC)
Changed Laptop from new to OLD laptop
checked on PC
changed dongle port
installed newest windows with no other device installed just infinity software and nokia drivers
installed miracle box to checked if my drivers (nokia serial port) is working and it connect fine
used Nokia 150 (hmd globle, security code)
used nokia 105(alive and working phone)
used nokia 220(alive and working phone
changed usb cables
used nokia MTK SP tab just to remove my frustration and phone connects and shows error that its not supported yet

i am ready to try anything if i missed something
i am in unlocking bussiness since 2001 and used JAF ATF and Best dongle for years

please tell me if you are referring to some special drivers otherwise i have tested each and every driver available its 3 rd day and i cant connect a single phone

2 weeks gone no answer from support team, i can safely say the support is really bad

install it and restart pc or re try flashing download

You might have find a solution to solve your problem.
If not, you can get all the required drivers from the official website.
Go here Index of pub//software/Drivers/

Install the updated drivers from support. Restart PC.
Select correct platform in the software according your phone.
Select operation to do.
Connect phone.

My original post say it all and i still facing same problem software does not connect with phone i did everything possible and that which people told me but no avail

Edit : all other devices working fine like falcon box miracle box MTK flash tools with same drivers but this infinity BEST is not connecting only

Hi to all.
One truth... This is really **** rather more then this........... New windows always same problem. Yallow triangle sign always. Only bla bla and bla. no prober solution. after some time(( 10 to 15 days)) goes auto normal.

Means hit and trial. No prober way.

Freinds... It is driver issue. U must imstall nokia mtk driver.
If u trying by default mtk driver it will not work. China phone mtk driver r different and nokia also.... So should download driver from support

It is driver issue in your system.

Install the updated drivers from support.
Do the need operation.
