bro u need
1: bakup all RPL (imei + simlock pm)
2: anna firmware 20.xxx to 25.xxx
3: erase whole flash phone the flash with anna firmware
4: after flash write all backups on phone
5: repair SD or CMLA Key.
6: ur phone successfully downgraded.....

here in BEST how come it can repair CMLA key ????????
one of the tool available in market is doing CMLA repair
in downgrade process after erase flash you need local mode for sx4 authorization for which one need to write special eno
which enables local/test mode on anna /belle
else you il get contact service on handset

hey man what happen to you current solution by best is Downgrade and GSM.solve is Right but in point no 5 its sd or security not cmla
i have done many set and one is in my hand right now..

and another thing this type of set don't show contact service it show contact the retailer. :P

thanks to all after downgrade problem solved cell 100% OK working with Anna ver
But CMLA Key status : Not Present still

coz CMLA key needed only in belle software.....!
