Goodday Sir, I logged one sl3 phone Nokia 5230, when the unlock code was sent to me, i entered the code manually and through my best dongle but it will always show me error Simlock Server Answer: Bad Code.....

I reset counter using best dongle under repair and checked if simlock is damaged but they are all oK. Pls, i need solution on how to fix the phone

BEST always make backups. Write it and repeat all again.

Try to enter code into phone via keyboard this way:
#pw+000000000000000+7#

1. reset phone with BEST
2. Unlock phone with BEST
3. if phone do not accept code, enter code manually: #pw+705965685761316+7#
4. If it will be and problems posy here operation logs for operations 1. and 2.
Then we will see what to do - to run calculation again or maybe make a refund or anything else.

Good day Sir, when i input the code, it shows not allowed. I reset the phone, manually and with infinity best, the same not allowed error

If you got info NOT ALLOWED mean Counter are blocked need enter code by cable or reset counter with any nokia box and after enter code by keyboard.
