Trying to fromat Nokia TA-1174/105 but always getting error

logs here

Code:

1. Power off device, remove battery
2. Insert cable, press and hold BootKey ( # )
3. Insert battery in device!

Wait for device ... 

Device Connected!
BootVersion : Spreadtrum Boot Block version 1.2
ERROR : Protocol HandShake failed!

Error : Fail to init protocol!
Unsupported device!

Reconnect Power/Cable!

Used drivers from infinity support area but not worked.
