So, until that not implemented in BEST ( ETA - unknown for now ) - you MUST use TESTPOINT.
Nokia 8 will be supported till 1st Febrary 2018 patch (include it) !

Nokia 2 TP is easy. Can be performed with base tech skills ( i.t. remove screws and shields )
Nokia 5-6 TP is a bit difficult. Need have skills in device disassemble.
Nokia 8 TP is EXTRA hard - Don't try it at all. You will broke VERY thin touch panel or lcd, or damage device cooling system.

Cant boot Nokia 2 TA-1029 into edl mode. Tried test point from attach (is it true?). When i connect usb cable with shorted test point, phone detect like ADB devices for 2 sec, then logo appears, like without testpoint. What im doing wrong?

That should be correct point :

Short to GND with atleast 10-20 Ohm resistor!
