Yeah, I was about to post pc 0590W170 is wrong.
Anyway your phone has HW Revision V2, so you needed to flash with V2 firmware.
Unfortunately you flashed with 059V6S3 which is HW Revision V1, so phone gone dead. Now need jtag to revive.
Next time enter pc in Nokia X/XL HWRev tab to know about HW revision before flashing.

JTAG is hardware interface, not USB. Unfortunately for now repair over usb not possible.
