how do i unlock before i have done a pantech but this time facing to enter imei so it cud be calculated plz guide me the steps plz i have best tool

Hello,

1. Login to your Online Service account: Infinity-Box - Online Service
2. go to "Products" menu
3. select Pantech unlock codes
4. select model, enter imei and click to "Get codes" button

so far all codes that have got from server is wrong can someone explain

Hello,

It can not be true that all codes is wrong.
Yes, sometimes it may be that codes is not good, but it may depends on operator. And it may be not for all codes but only for some of them.

i enter Online services page and get:

Login: xxxxxx(my serial)
Account type: User
Name:
Password updated: 0000-00-00 00:00:00
e-mail: Required for password recovery
Current password: No changes if empty
New password:
Repeat new password:
Message: You must change password !

when i press "Products" - nothing happens

what does it mean?
what password i should change?

If model is not present in list it means model is not supported.
