So, do you flash it with CORRECT RM?
If yes - that mean RPL damaged. Only RPL buy. If not - check RM, flash correct.

flash with other rm 310 phone ok but imei 12345 ? i write bekup but not ok plz

If it is RM-308 - Erase. Flash. Power on phone. If ok - Write NPC Only. If ok - find CCC/HWC pair over forum and write them. Repair rest.
