Please help me to solv windows 10 driver problem (unknown smart card).
After upgrading to windows 10 infinity best not working.

installation
step
First turn off the antivirus
Then uninstall the previous driver Nokia
Finally, you can install only 10 work in WIN Nokia special driver

Why do you lie that problem is with Windows 10 ?
I suggest you never lie in future but be honest.

1. Install required Card-Reader Drivers:

- File with Drivers: CardReader_Fetian_FT2K.7z
- File with Instruction: Infinity-Box_How_to_update_FT_SCR2000_CardReader_drivers.pd f

Download files here - Index of pub/drivers/

Also you can insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader.

2. Run DongleManager.exe
3. Update Dongle firmware now ONLY ONE TIME

i never say problem is in your software or hardware( dongle) .
I face problem after upgrading to win 10 . I know its driver problem, not software or dongle problem.
I need help to solve the problem because i have no experience for win 10.

Problem was with your drivers and/or Internet connection during Dongle update but not with Windows 10 installation.

Wht to do now: install drivers as instructed. if you can not install drivers - find another pc where you can install drivers. if you still can not install drivers well - find another card-reader.
do not update dongle now but post here, do you have new drivers installed or other pc or other reader.

Finally , i got a new Infinity BEST Dongle (CCID)
windows 10 auto install all driver when i connect it first time.

Result after upgrade -
