Plz help me to fix it - GSM-Forum

Dear supporter yesterday night when i close my shop ,,,this software was working fantasticaly ,,,did done so many sets in flashing ,,,but today i open my shop and trying to run BEST ,,,but always gives me this error,,-:

Allthough i change port and then reinstall smart card reader driver ,,,but all are in vain ,,,plz help me to guide ,,how to fix it ? i got so many work to do ,,,but this soft not opening ,,,but when i reinstall driver always say ,,,YOUR DEVICE HAS SUCSESFULLY INSTALLED ,,,

Waiting for your kind reply to solve this issue ASAP.

Here you can see when i install driver ,,,it see right ,,,inspite of that when i open soft,,always says dongle not connected ,,,need help to fix it ,,,

Waiting for kind replies from infinity support ,,,

Try putting smartcard to a box that use smartcard mate.

disconnect all boxes/dongles from pc
connect only infinity
run software
result ?

My7 infinity box on which i activate 2 is working fine but sinee ornin BEST not openin upto yesterday night was working fine

Bro i got lot of boxes like UFS and many other ,,,do you thinck shall i put my BEST card ,,will it work with that combination ? are u sure ?

As long as it uses smartcard and drivers are installed.

Done it sir ,,,,its realy jocking ,,,when i totaly fail since morning ,,,,just took out smart card and keep some drop of thiner on soft clocth ,,,then simply clean that smart card ,,,when again put ,,working nicely ,,,again thanks once again to everyone to guide me step by step ...thanks again.
