After Update Dongle With Dongle Manager My Dongle Not found





and Now Dongle Manager also Can't Detected

Hello,

Remove Smart-Card from Card-reader
Clecn Smart-Card contacts
Insert Card back

Also you can try to insert Card into another Card-reader

At last I found It's smart card problem, but how I clean it?
If I change my smart card to another card reader/dongle then another card reader/dongl also stop working.
How I fix it?

Hello,
Sorry I did not understand well.
Do you mean that Smart-card is damaged or what ?

If Smart-Card become dead (PC can not detect it) the only way is - new Smart-Card.

If Smart-Card can be detected by PC - we can repair it by re-programming.

1. Update your Card-Reader Drivers:
Drivers - http://server1.infinity-box.com/down...T2K_x32_x64.7z
Instruction - http://server1.infinity-box.com/down...er_drivers.pdf

Also you can insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader.


2. Run DongleManager
- Select [BEST] at bottom of page instead of "Autodetect"
- Update Dongle firmware
