plz help me when i turn on my phone its hang on startup at sim selection when i press ok button to accept button press but still hang what i do

Hello.
Flash phone first.
If flashing will not finish successful - probably HW.
In some cases that can be :
FlashIC/CPU connection problem

flash phone succesful but same i think its hw fault

Looks like you need remove protect shield and rehot CPU.
