Problem reading wp8.1 lumia's in normal mode-best software stop responding until wp8.1 lumia connected. Unplug cable - best start operate well.
No such problem with wp8.0 phones. Tested with latest wp drivers under windows7/7 64bit.

With which model you try exactly? I check all with 630 and 930 Lumia's.

Many different. Now lumia 720 rm-885 in my hands.

Probably - it is because MS changed something.
Will repair broken screen on my 820 and update/check all. Thanks for info.

Hi !

I have the same problem with my Lumia 635 phone is not detected in normal mode.
I have windows 8 on my pc and the latest drivers installed.
Windows phone app for desktop is recognizing that phone no problem.
Version of best 1.98

Hello. Install latest drivers from support first.
