Problems to detect Lumia phones in Windows 7 64b


I have installed last best software I install also the drivers from support and when I connect a lumia windows see it, but the best software didnt do anything. Any Idea?

Check in device manager about correct driver - should be CareConnectivity or WinUSB Connectivity. If NULL - then reinstall drivers.

where is the drivers I must reinstall?

It wrong. Remove LibUSB filter. Then reinstall drivers manually.

when you said remove libusb filter you mean unistall libusb from programs? and reinstall what drivers? the one that are in infinity web site?

If you still need LibUSB - then remove by hands and re-install drivers.

Use a your prefered hand ( righ or left ) , take in it mouse.
Go to device manager. Remove badly installed devices with their driver files.
Make Scan in device manager. Install new one drivers forcedly in device properties.

That called - by hands.

CareUSb Connectivity or WinbUSB Connectivity. It will be on "WinUSB" tree in new device driver class selection.
