Range check error
 

best team plz help i have recent use windos 7 32bit i have istall Infinity best bb5 but i have no use this sofftwear i have open soff. massage in screen range check error plz help team member.How to use infinity best bb5.thzx

I have same problem in windows xp sp3 ,
When I install the software it is working fine,
When I re-start computer, Nokia best is not working anymore,
I have to re-install it again to do any job.

Please help !!!!

bro i have face same problam i have install win7 than install bb5 softwear is fine work but i have re-start computar than open soff. massege in screen range check error plz any boddy help

i recieve this problem some times too , i solved the problem by doing 2 things

1) uninstall software and reinstall again
2) go to device manager right click on USB token , uninstall driver
3) remove dongle connect dongle back and install driver again

1. Download and install Smart-Card (e-gate) and FTDI drivers
2. Read carefully manual that you will see during installation process
3. Read FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
4. In case of any problems use "old good" e-gate Drivers
5. For separate dongles with card-readers similar to PKey use PKey Drivers

If you use Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows-7 you can install drivers automaticaly via Internet
1. Connect dongle/box to PC
2. Be sure that you have active Internet connection
3. Let Windows makes the rest automatically

are any other dongles connected to the PC ?

sir i have use other dongles (finex key,scout,contact extactor) are all ready fine work but best bb5 is not work
