reading phonebook from dead phones by BEST

Hi,
Im going to buy BEST for retriving phonebook from brick nokia phones. I have a question, how many models are supported? Can I read contacts from all nokia phones?

bro every models are supported by best for dead phone first read full flash of the dead phone and you can easily recover user data like phone book messages gallery etc.From readed flash.

Phones must enter to local mode or they can be full dead?

It's not necesary to enter local or test mode for flashing or reading firmware.

much models can be readed directly, if exist local mode. From much - from any state, as kwaku85 was say.
here at least 2 threads about couple of interest info about it. Called *User Data extraction*
