Restoring NEW rpl from not solving SIMLOCK/SECURITY damage

ok i check all my backups and these are the whole "usefull" certs u.u hoping this helps to restore my phone, btw WHY the NEW RPL doesnt fix that???

BTW in imei-server web page show some info about locked phones

Dont forget! that if the phone was locked to operator after write factory Nokia RPL BB5 phone network lock again return and after that it will have unlock him.

but i dont understand what exactly it means, hope Dzirt help me find fix this problem

come on Dzirt there must be another way i dont bother if IMEI is not recovered, is it useful if i unlock the phone???

Ok i dont know how but i repair SDD, SIMLOCK & SECURITY but IMEI is still 12344XXXXX if i restore from my NEW RPL, SIMLOCKS GETS DAMAGED, is there any way to write only IMEI (i already thick only NCP) thank for all your help this is my last log

Problem can be in two things :
Nokia make factory locked RPL write in other way.
RPL is wrong.

so can i claim to IMEI-SERVER where i bought it????

do you think if i unlock the phone, i could bring it to live??? (i dont even know if unlock is possible at this stage)

BTW now the phone boot up and works for a few minutes then it restarts :/ but doesnt accept my SIM

For why?
BEST write RPL without problem, if needed something more - sw do it.
About RPL - I still trying make something. Get 2 phones, ordered rpl for them.
When will be results - I let you know.
And about unlock - this phone can't be unlocked - it not accept codes...

from Now my IMEI is a mess but SIMLOCK is fine, if i apply the NEW RPL to fix IMEI and then SDD REPAIR it fixs the IMEI BUT damage SIMLOCK and SECURITY

what can i do is the NEW RPL bad????
