RM-1035, Nokia 130 DS - error during RPL backup

I don't know if it's a SW bug or loaders, but BEST can't backup RPL during flash, "Read Error : Not allowed".

Reflashing didn't help, "Read Error : Not allowed" still exist.

Hello, it is Nokia/MS fun. They closed all, what possible, but I make workaround for newer phones. It will work separately only, that is one thing, which not possible fix.
