RM-1127 boot repair

i am trying to repair boot of Lumia 550 RM-1127
the problem is the phone reset every 15 sec

- battery fully charged
- i tried with power supply also
- Drivers_Lumia_WP8x_2016-06.7z installed
- InfinityBox_update_BEST_LumiaRepairPack_v1.04 installed

Hello. Check power key first. then side buttons.Make sure about on powerKey no short circuit and resistance is ok. After all this will be fixed - it became alive.

My set stoped all applications after update to latest build what will be i do next for normal condition
