RM 625 nokia 5233 security test failed - GSM-Forum

i have nokia 5233. it was on restarting i flashed it but condition not changed. then i took back up of full flashed and full erased then flashed while selecting cold flash option then write rpl restore sim lock from full flash file repair sdd then sx4,

all is done but now set is showing security test failed

please guide me how can i repair it..............?

SDD Key status : SDData is Ok
CMLA Key status : CMLA key Not exist
SimLock status : SimLock is Ok

Security status : Security Damaged!!!!!
- > Do Local SX4 or Server SX4 , Upload Tune ( checkbox or manual )
