RM-807 Pureview 808 BEST - Phone Startup Failed - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I have an 808 pureview that is bricked and I am trying to recover, its in the state where it just shows the Nokia logo and then turns back off.

It cannot get into test or local mode, and if I try and use the BEST tool to do anything it just shows on the phone, phone start-up failed, contact the retailer

I've tried erasing, re-flashing and then I get to restore rpl, and it fails at that point, when the phone reboots, it wont boot into test or local mode, and I get the phone failed to start message on the phone screen again.

Any ideas?
I think I need the ENO file, but cannot find it on the server.

ENO is here :
RM807_WK2012_v0044_ENO_JD
Select only it and flash.

Brilliant,

Flashed up and got it so it boots to local and test mode, did SSD repair and SX4 Auth.

The only thing I have a problem with is it says:

CMLA Key status : CMLA key Not exist

How do I fix this?

CMLA for "clear" BELLE phones not need , so you can leave it.

I still cant get the phone to work, just does a boot loop.

ive tried erasing,
flash
flash eno
write pm
write rpl
repair ssd
sx4 auth

This is what I get?

Checking StartUp data ...

CMLA Key status : CMLA key Not exist
SimLock status : SimLock is Ok
Security status : Security is Ok
-----------------------

PA_SimLock Version :
PA_SL3 phone , SP_CODE_LEN : 15

Done!

Boot Loop - mean it stuck on 4 dots and reboot, or what?

Yeah.

Without phone connected to BEST, if I press power it shows the Nokia logo, goes off then does the same again.

On BEST I can get it to go into local or test mode.

But if I try to set to normal it loops again.
