phone comes with hang in nokia logo.. when i press FLASH.. phone power up with nokia logo.. and then..;

Hello , check with other battery for start. From fully working Nokia 220.
If still same - open phone and check HW, error in dead mode means problem with power/BSI/and some other things.

sir check the keypad board maybe it has a corution thats why its auto on.just like other nokia products if there are molds on some parts of the unit...sir by the way what box are you using to flash that phone?cause i have 2units here and they are hang on logo.need some advice or solution...
