Another lumia, flashing with nv uptade:
first start (without SIM) flight mode working fine (imei correct, emergency call working)
after insert SIM and reboot, flight mode goes on again...

need solution!1

Hello. Check HW part also. There is confirmed SIM readers problem and their circuits.

try change the flex cable, we have same problem. but when i change the flex cable, my lumia 830 is working fine now. no more blinking airplane mode.

just repaired one (lumia 830 stuck on Plane Mode, reset didn't help but flashing with BEST helped (ERASE USER DATA and UPDATE NVI must be tiked):

1. Press and hold "Volume Down"
2. Insert USB cable
3. Hold button until phone will be detected
