server reported error 0062 lumia unlocking

I tried unlock 2 lumia last one is lumia 521 rm-917 T-Mobile USA
I got the user and password frome Rissanserver.com.But when i want to unlock give me Server reported error 0062
Please Help Mu *******r don't stop to refound money

Yes you are wright I receive the user on 13 December 2016 for unother phone lumia vodefone uk ,but it not locked same problems erreur 0062 I thinked that the mostly phons comes from UK have the problem and I return the phone to my customer and I diden't ask for refund money,
I keep the user for another use,and yesterday I receive another phone and when I want to unlock it using the user and pass no success always same erreur ,that what I asked for help
From you,especially you have the way to know if the user and pass are used or now,please help

at that time it was no problem with processing, operation was completed well.
so your old customer is happy, he have got unlocked phone from you.
anyway if you want to discuss something you have an instruction already

Excuse me sir the processing of unlocking not continue not finish and always got server error 0062 and that what I give back phone to my *******r ,and now I diden't unlock any phone Nokia lumia even if I have the user from you,
Please refund my money or change the user or help to unlock the phone I stiil have Nokia lumia 521 rm 917

You got already solution what to do with any problem with lumia unlock, now for sure you need provide log that you not unlocked phone from 13.12.2016 without this I think noone can help.
Mean go to skype and solve all problem there.
