SL3 20 digits unlock

Hi, i received for unlock one nokia C2-01, this is a SL3 20 digits code, i checked the counter an not blocked 0/3 0/10 , i have buyed and received the code but when i try to put the code by keypad the phone said is wong code, (i believe the code is correct he is from a trusted supplyer) but the most curious is the phone continue with counter 0/3 0/10.
I do reset/full factory default at phone, i have updated software but phone continue giving message wrong code and code continue at 0/3 0/10.
There is any way to use cable to send to phone nck 20 digits unlock code?

Hello. In next update ( in near 3 days ) will be enter 20 digits code. After BEST change interface it was broken.

The new update is released but this option not added.
Is possible add in next update or not possible?
I have the phone in hands,have payed the code and my customer is ask for a solution.

That's known problem with this phone.

You got code with +7 at the end? If yes, try to get this with +1 at the end.

And please write original ppm and content to phone.

You have content: tmn PT sl V 11.40 24-10-12 RM-721 (c) Nokia
in phone, but your phone is from Optimus.

Try enter unlock code using BEST v1.73, as I remembered it was last version with old GUI.

I only have the code +7.
When i insert the code phone give message wrong code but the counter still 0/3 0/10.
When received phone the phone have original content but same problem, the phone is for unlock to use with TMN is that the reason i have updated the firmware and changed to TMN to check if have bether luck, but no luck.

You right, i have checked and the code i received work with +1 .
My problem is solved, anyway if Best add the way to unlock 20 digits by cable is nice.
