Did you tried open the Best Software???
In My case too even though i can't find Drivers for Smart card but drivers downloaded by windows itself for USB Token device are enough for me to run Best.

when i open "sometimes no dongle, sometimes range chek error"
my driver is alcor?still no driver for win 7
i'll think u'r usb token not alcor

Check Your USB Extension cable for start or directly connect dongle to USB socket of motherboard...

What is EXACT error messages ?

For question "sometimes it do not work" I can reply only this: "sometimes it works"

Post here DETAILED explanation of errors that you can see. It looks like it's not a problem with drivers.
