my new dongel work for only 2 dayes then it's stop
i work on win 7 x64 best 1.99
i use the dongle withe usb cable for Nokia mtk phones onley

I tried to flash rm-1011
when the program start flashing the phone , the program freezes
then i had to close it through task manager
when i tried to open the best program again
it gave me

I think you must follow ggiven instruction (update your Dongle firmware again). And please, do not post one week old log text, post only new text.

i follow all the instruction ,
i updated the program to 2.01
i updated the dongle driver to the latest one you gave me
but steal the same when ever i tray to update the dongle it ask me to register it
when i tray to rigester it , it say account susbended

so pleas can you un suspend my dongle to be able to register it for the dongle update
or could you rigester it for me
by the name ahmed shawky and the email [email protected]

Solution for Authentication failed! Wrong password or dongle is not Registered yet !



- Update your Card-Reader Drivers:

- Drivers

If you have another Card-Reader you can insert Infinity Smart-Card into another Card-Reader.

Update your Dongle again

You have a problem with Drivers but not with Account.

Please install drivers acccording my instruction exactly and try to update your Dongle firmware again.

You do not need to install many different drivers !
You must install only one Driver version !

- Please download this manual: http://server1.infinity-box.com/down...er_drivers.pdf

- Look at Page #1 - you will see an explanation of your problem

- Look at Page #2 - you will see how to check your Drivers version

- Now install correct drivers and try to update your box firmware once again

- Make Dongle upgrade ONLY ONE TIME !

- Post here text from DongleManager window

then i deleted the driver , and tray another one
, thes is the third pc that i trayed to update the dongle on it

ohh , and one last thing the code error for the driver problem in your pdf file is 0010
but in my case its 005 for the Authentication failed with server and 006 for the registration
