SPT Activation Problem - GSM-Forum

Dear Product Supporters,

2 days i go i sent serials to reseller to activate SPT with Best dongle .

Yesterday i got reply that they are activated. So i opened dongle manager and pressed update but for both the result is "There is no updates available".

The reseller sais that they are activated but maybe problem with server.

Can u check it please?

1.Dongle serial No (S/N): 592E7377

2.Dongle serial No (S/N): 4B269176

4B269176 - not activated yet by any reseller

You should contact to your reseller again to check activation status

These 2 serials are resubmitted again to gsmserver..com today after getting refund from previous submission on another website.

Can u check again please?

There is no activation for any of given S/N found.

Please, check activation status with reseller.
