Iam using fetian driver,, for first time install it works,, after restart pc and then it shows dongle not connected error>>>>>

i tried in xp,, it works good but after restart pc best.exe not opening...
after unistall and install drivers working fine,, but after restart pc again same issue...

i dont know whether iam using correct drivers or not????

already tried this still same problem pls help

Try to remove Card-Reader (Token) device from PC via Device manager.
Connect Dongle to PC
Lets Windows install drivers automatically

dear boss,

now another problem arise,,,,,

best.exe stopped working problem ,,when open v2.13

details app crash,,,,

after reinstall module sw its ok,, but after pc restart problem again,,,

i cant able to solve these type of issues more than one month,,

pls help boss,,, pls provide a video tutorial for installing best if can.....

due to this problem i am waiting for cm2 activation,....

Hello,

There is no any special procedure.
You can dowwnload drivers and see instruction here - Infinity-Box - Support

Also you can try to insert Smart-Card into another card-reader and also you can try with other PC to understand where is a problem.
